Payments for Hidden Valley Watch Desk services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on hidden-valley.forum.

• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from info@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Taiwan norms.
• Details here apply to payment work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Hidden Valley Watch Desk (this site).
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact info@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Taichung unless otherwise stated.
